Hello! Thanks for using our company's products! After you double-click "FCARD3500T one card pass management software" to log in to the system interface, click "Help" first, and click "Enable Function" in the submenu that appears to open the exit switch setting function.

Then return to the home page interface, click "Access Control Information", select "Door Opening Function Settings" in the drop-down menu and click "Exit Switch Settings", in the "Door List", select the door with the "Exit Switch" function that needs to be set, and click "Enable" at the "Enable Door Button". You can select the normally open trigger mode according to the actual situation, and then set the effective time period of the exit button, and click "Save and upload" after setting.
